Close off your gutters by plugging the downspouts and pour the vinegar solution into your gutters and let it sit for an hour or longer. If you have aluminum gutters you ll want to be careful when choosing a chemical as some may cause aluminum to corrode. Combine white vinegar with warm water. A simple solution of water and white vinegar works very well for cleaning the outside of the gutters and won t corrode aluminum.

Before you start i recommend covering any outdoor cushions or pillows with a tarp to protect them from the spray. Attach bottle to hose. Prep the surrounding area. These may require you to vigorously scrub or make take several attempts but it can all be removed.
